Register As A Coach or Manager

Coach and Manager Registration will open January 8, 2018.
The following 3 steps outline the registration requirements for coaches, managers, trainers and committee members.
  1. Register as a coach or manager on the myfootballclub website. To register as a coach or manager, you need to go to MyFootballClub.com.au and follow the same process as for registering as a player using your FFA number and password (or creating one if you haven't previously registered as a player, coach or volunteer).
    Except, when you get up to adding the registration package, instead of choosing "player" for registration type, choose either "coach" to register as a coach or "volunteer" to register as a team manager.  You can then choose the appropriate package (coach or manager) from the drop down list.
  2. Provide a head and shoulders photo for your ID cardThe easiest way is to take a photo on an iPhone and email it to the age coordinator or registrar.
    No hat, no glasses (especially sunglasses), plain background.
  3. Complete Working with Children Documentation. There are new requirements for 2018:
    Everyone working with children under the age of 18 in our Club will need to complete a Working With Children Check unless they themselves are also under 18. This includes coaches, trainers, managers, referees and committee members.  This goes beyond the NSW Government requirements because of new policies from Football NSW in 2018.  Football NSW WWCC Policy;
    a) If you are coaching or managing children under 18 and are not under 18 years of age yourself then you  will need to do a Working With Children Check.   For details go to our webpage about Working with Children.
    b) If you are exempt from the WWCC because you are under 18 years of age, then you will need to complete a Football NSW Member Protection Declaration.  This is one page and can be downloaded by clicking here.  Complete the declaration, scan it and email it to registrar@curlcurlyouthclub.com.au

More information about Working with Children  and the above mentioned requirements can be found on this website under "Resources/Working with Children".
